Below is the list of items that need to be completed/viewed before your child(ren)’s registration is complete. Please note that if you have been registered in the past, you should have received a registration packet with most of these forms included.

1. Read the Welcome Letter.
2. Pay the tuition for this year — $600 for each child. Payments can be made by cash or check out to “Georgetown Islamic Center”. $50 off if paid by Sept 15th.
3. Read the Student/Parent Handbook with your child.
4. Print, read, and sign the Rules and Regulations form. Have your child turn this form in to his/her teacher on the first day of school.
5. Print, read, and sign the Cell Phone Usage Agreement form if your child will be carrying a cell phone to school.  Have your child turn this form in to his/her teacher on the first day of school.
6. Check out the list of school supplies.
7. Check out the School Calendar and reference it throughout the year for important dates.
